As a company, we would like to reassure our customers that we are doing everything in our power to stop the spread of Covid-19. We are carefully watching the news and updating our health and safety protocol accordingly. All our instructors are using hand wash and hand gels to protect themselves and following the advice given to them by the company. We are still open for our business and strive to meet your standards and give the best training possible. In the interim, if you have any questions on our forklift truck training packages, do not hesitate to contact us.

Covid-19 is part of a family of viruses called ‘corona virus’, of which this one is novel. It is zoonotic (can be passed on from animals) and is a respiratory virus. Symptoms may include high fever, cough and shortness of breath. It can be passed on by respiratory droplets from the nose or mouth so if you are in close contact with other people daily, you are at high risk of getting it. Once someone with the virus has made contact with you by any means, and you have the virus  and you have touched your nose, eyes or mouth then you can contract it. A person with the virus is most contagious when they have symptoms and that when they’re most likely to transmit it by bodily fluids/respiratory droplets.
Ways to protect-wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with handwash. Use alcohol gel with 60% alcohol in. Wash all surfaces down when a sick person has come into contact with them and/or clothing. Social isolation-keep your distance from others as much as possible. For any further information, please check the government website here
