A few weeks ago my friends and I booked to see a T. Rex tribute act at Burnley Mechanics.  After a long day of sorting Forklift Truck training paper work, in the office, I was ready for the night out but wasn’t sure what to expect.

To be honest, I had never been a fanatical fan of Marc Bolan but had enjoyed his music.   My friends had been before and told me that the band was fantastic and that I would definitely want to see them again.

They have loyal followers and it became clear that most of the audience had been there many times before.

The lights came on… the music started and the show began.

What a show it was, they were brilliant.  It was just like hearing the real thing.  As the concert went on the hits came thick and fast and each time more and more people got up to dance.

I had a great night and would recommend going and seeing this band, you won’t be disappointed!

T.Rextasy are the only band to have been authorised and endorsed by Marc Bolan’s management and are officially the worlds No 1 group dedicated to the glam rocker.

They are no longer seen as a tribute act and are respected in their own right.

The band tours all over and their website lists all their tour dates.

I’ve convinced everyone in the Keylift office to go and see them when they are around here again.
